Note: If Uberyoke touches the back of the patient or the patient's chair, it will cause artifact on all channels.

To Resolve:  Check the position of the Uberyoke and ensure that it is not touching the back of the patient's chair. 
The Uberyoke should lay flat against the back of the patient's head.
