NOTE: The Headset should be fully assembled prior to applying on a subject.
Turn on the HCU by holding the button for 3 seconds.
Check the battery level on the display. Each vertical bar represents approximately 10 minutes of test time a minimum of 4 bars is REQUIRED for clinical testing.
If an auditory ERP test is being performed, plug the Earphones into the module at the back of the Headset. The blue plug should be on the left and the red plug on the right.
Install a new pair of Foam Ear tips on the ends of the Earphones.
Connect one end of the blue HCU Cable to the bottom of the HCU and the other end to the module at the back of the Headset.
Thread one side of the Chinstrap through the Chinstrap buckle, leave the other side unsnapped until it is placed on the patient's head.
Loosen the two Backstraps before placing on the patients's head. These straps may be adjusted after it is positioned on the patient's head.

NOTE: Make sure that the battery has enough charge before beginning the test. If the battery level is too low, reconnect to the Charge Cable for additional charging time.
